We have materialized 21 years of experience in one tip

GTS Industry is one of the largest European carbide processors and recyclers. In 27 countries, we buy used milling picks from all manufacturers on the market and before we recycle them, they pass through our hands. That is why we know exactly how different brands of cutters are stressed: where the carbide cracks, when the pick stops rotating, what the head looks like after hard asphalt and what remains of the pad that did not protect the holder.

We designed the G7XL20 pick based on 21 years of our own experience with carbide and the experience of partners who mill every day.

Top quality at a better price

  • Lasts up to 15% longer

The reinforced WC-Co carbide head can handle even hard and abrasive surfaces. According to field experience, it lasts up to 15% longer than conventional alternatives. This means fewer changes during the shift and lower costs per milled meter.

  • Protects the pick holder

A robust 45 mm diameter washer protects the pick holder from wear. You save where it hurts the most - changing the holder means welding and hours of downtime.

  • Works efficiently

The precise fit and the anti-elliptical rotation design ensure that the pick actually rotates in the holder. Wear is even around the entire circumference. This means you use the entire pick life, not just half.

We buy back your used picks

Milling with us does not end with a worn pick. As a certified carbide recycler, we'll buy your used picks - ours and our competitors' - at the highest prices on the market.

    • Your "trash" has value. Buyout reduces total milling costs.
    • We will arrange the pickup. We deal with the logistics of used material in 27 countries.
    • You will receive a certificate of ecological waste management according to European standards, which is also important in tenders.

From the worn carbide, we obtain pure tungsten for the production of new tools. The circle closes and you end up paying less for milling.

    More about buyout

What do you ask most often?

How much does the test cost? What's the catch?

No catch. We'll send you the test picks without any upfront payment. If they don't convince you, just return the worn picks and you pay nothing. If you decide to order, you'll pay for the test set together with your new order. We believe the numbers from your own machine will convince you better than any catalog. Up to 98% of customers who tested our picks beforehand order them regularly.

We're a certified carbide recycler – worn carbide gets a second life with us. The returned picks also tell us how the G7XL20 performed under your conditions.

The G7XL20 has a 20 mm shank and is compatible with machines from all major manufacturers. Enter the brand and model of your milling machine in the form – our technician will verify compatibility before shipping.

The standard package is 50 pcs – enough for a real comparison on part of a drum during a typical job. We'll fine-tune the exact test scope based on your machine and job.

We keep picks in stock and offer both standard and express shipping. We'll confirm the exact delivery date when we verify your order.

Cheap picks often cut corners on carbide quality and seating precision – the result is elliptical rotation, uneven wear, and damaged holders. We designed the G7XL20 based on 21 years of experience recycling picks from all brands: we know exactly where others fail. That's why up to 98% of customers who tested our picks are satisfied with them and order them again.

Yes. We buy back carbide of all brands at the highest prices on the market, including arranging pickup.
